Ribeye

The rib eye or ribeye is a beef steak from the rib section.  It is both flavorsome and tender, the marbling of fat makes it very good for fast and hot cooking.  You’ll be surprised at just how easy they are to make at home.

Filet Mignon

The most tender beef cut. Lean yet succulent and elegant from loin. This will melt in your mouth. Enjoy subtle flavor and compact shape.

Oksujeong bamboo salt (죽염)

Favored by Chef Jean-Georges and Chef Edward Lee, Oksujeong bamboo salt is made by packing West Sea sun-dried salt into 3-year-old golden bamboo, sealing it with yellow clay, and firing it nine times over pine charcoal. Each firing removes impurities and concentrates minerals, producing a dense salt with subtle sweetness and a faint egg-yolk depth that transforms grilled meat.

Wagyu beef tallow

Most cooking oils can't replicate the flavor of a great steakhouse sear. Wagyu tallow — rendered from the richly marbled fat of Wagyu cattle — delivers:

  • High smoke point — handles intense heat without burning, giving you a deep, even crust
  • Steakhouse aroma — that distinctive beefy fragrance comes from cooking in beef fat, not vegetable oil
  • Perfect pairing — amplifies the ribeye's natural marbling rather than competing with it

Cooking tips

  1. Rest the steak at room temperature for 15–30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Season with salt & Pepper a few minutes before you start — not hours ahead.
  3. Use a thick cast-iron pan. Add Wagyu tallow, get it very hot, sear without moving. Finish with butter.
  4. Rest after cooking, then finish with a pinch of bamboo salt just before serving.
